(Optional) Pre Trip Meetup - For a smoother start to our adventure, we suggest an optional meetup in New York. Families can stay at our recommended airport hotel, TWA Hotel which is walking distance from the airport the night before departure, facilitating group travel to Japan. This approach provides support and simplifies logistics. Please note, hotel costs and transfers are not included, but the hotel is conveniently close to the airport. This pre-departure gathering is a great way to ease into your journey.
Day One
MAGICAL MEET-UP & DEPART FOR JAPAN
Pre-trip meet and greet at our flight gate in at JFK airport. It's a fantastic chance to make new friends who will be your adventure buddies throughout this journey.

Suggested Group Flight: will be provided closer to trip date, 5 months in advance. Considered airlines included American Airlines and Air Canada. Flights should not be booked until final details are provided.
Day Two
EXPLORE JAPAN

Start your day at the enchanting Meiji Jingu Shrine, where you'll learn to make a wish like a local. Then, it's off to the buzzing Shibuya Crossing for a game of 'spot the coolest fashion.' Lunch is a deliciously fun affair with DIY okonomiyaki pancakes. We'll wrap up with a dazzling exploration of Akihabara - a paradise for fans of anime and manga!

Day Ten
FOND FAREWELLS IN TOKYO

Return to Tokyo for one last hurrah. Our group is expected to return back to Tokyo in the morning on our final day. However, we encourage waiting until booking your international flight until a confirmed time can be provided.
