1. Members-Only Experiences

All of our trips are exclusively for families who are part of our Mini Globetrotter Family Membership. This keeps our travel circle intentional, supportive, and filled with like-minded families. We require at least (3) families to sign up for an experience to take place. 

3. We Recommend the Flights

Once you land, we’ve got you covered. A single group arrival and departure airport transfer is arranged based on the recommended flight. If you fly separately or arrive early, no problem—you can easily arrange your own transfer, but most families choose to ride together for ease and connection.

5. Family-Friendly Hotels

We’ll select one main group hotel where all participating families stay. If we have 10+ families, we’ll secure a discounted group rate. If not, you’ll still get a great recommendation and can book directly at the best available price. These hotels are centrally located and perfect for relaxing between adventures.

2. A Simple, Stress-Free Start

No more navigating airports solo with kids. We choose a U.S. departure city—like New York or L.A.—where all families will meet up and stay overnight near the airport. The next morning, we fly out together as a group. This removes the pressure of international travel day and creates an instant support system from the start.

4. Coordinated Airport Transfers

To keep things simple, we arrange one group arrival and one group departure transfer based on the recommended flight.

If your family books that flight, you’ll be included in the group transfer—no need to navigate transportation alone. Families arriving or departing on a different flight or date will be responsible for arranging their own transfer.

We design every trip with flexibility in mind. You’ll enjoy a few curated group experiences with other families—just enough to make connections, without overloading your schedule. The rest of the time? It’s yours to explore, relax, or follow your family’s unique rhythm.
